It is important when viewing a Participant to immediately and clearly see any warnings such as behaviours traits, disabilities or not divulge certain information.
The first tab viewed after searching for a Participant is their Notes tab and now at the top you can add a fixed note for an alert or summary. It can be rich text in big red bold font.
To use, click the ‘Show Summary’ button on the top right of the Case Notes tab and click the Add
Hints:
- Keep it reasonably short to be beneficial and don’t use too much of the screen.
Expand… will appear if the text becomes too long. - Click Hide Summary to hide it while preserving the text. eTrack will remember your preference.
To make text stand out, click >> and ‘A’ to change font colours and ‘B’ for bold.
