History

eTrack Products Pty. Ltd. is an Australian private company founded in February 1999 dedicated to develop, deploy and support the eTrack software.

We were very lucky to be introduced to the NDIS early in its evolution and realise eTrack’s mature functionality well matched the needs of Support Coordinators. Thanks to a unique ‘object’ model a valuable working solution was quickly provided almost out of the box.

Over the last 4+ years we have continuously learnt from Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and other NDIS and Aged Care Providers and provide weekly updates to handle all the intricacies of the maturing NDIS.

eTrack is now fully cloud base and operates a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model that means it is affordable, flexible as your company size changes and risk free with free trials and no locked in contract…..

eTrack started as a project management system used by software companies and IT departments of well-known banks, insurance and superannuation companies and included timesheets, budgeting, scheduling and resource management.

In 2003 Architects, Engineering Consultancies and other Building Professionals started to use eTrack and it was enhanced to include practice management requirements (a superset of project management) included invoicing, contact management (CRM) and Quality Assurance and Governance.

Between 2006 and 2008, large government departments such as Audit Offices embraced eTrack with hundreds of staff managing thousands of projects invoicing millions of dollars; pushing the eTrack quality and company processes to high standards.

eTrack’s technology grew into the cloud with a focus on security and performance. Document and Email Management modules were added and the deployment time and cost dramatically reduced from months to a few hours in many cases. eTrack become recognised as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system suitable for any professional services company, interfacing to many accounting systems to ensure best-of-breed.

Today eTrack is mature and richly featured but rapid development also continues with a key focus on NDIS related business requirements. eTrack’s success is thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of a core team that have each worked together between 13 to 22 years enabling unusually fast, stable development and support.

We have all put a large part of our life into eTrack and are committed and excited to see it grow and become the NDIS de facto standard.
