View ‘Clock Time’ when Booking Time

In the Book Time dialog you can now see the hours and minutes corresponding to the decimal time you have entered.

Collapse Personal Information for ease of use D541

The headers on the ‘Personal’ or ‘Information’ tab of a Participant can now be collapsed and expanded to improve usability.

Click the > left of a header to collapse and click v to expand as shown in this example.   You’ll likely have different information.

The default expansions depend on the Participant template.   Expand Setup/Templates/Participant Templates and select each in turn.   Collapse those headers you’d like collapsed by default.

Personal Information saves the Date last edited

Checkboxes, Dates and Text can now appear on one line in one of the following formats:

If the Checkbox or Text is edited, the Date is automatically changed to today’s date to record the date last edited.

The following personal information fields (if your eTrack has them) have been changed to the following.

Please email support if you prefer not to have these changed or if there are further changes you’d like to make use of these new settings.

Show email/phone of LAC/Plan Manager in Contacts Table D561

The Contacts table on a Participant shows the phone, email, mobile and web site if populated that provides fast access.

However, the Lookups above such as LGA, LAC and Plan Manager only display the name.
There is now an option to show the Lookups in in the Contacts table with their details. Right click anywhere in the Contacts table and tick ‘Show All Contacts’. Right click and untick to hide.

Add Individuals to Contact table by finding their Company D572

You can now add an Individual to a Participant’s Contact table by searching for their Company.
Click and search for their Company. Then in the Find dialog click the small on the left to expand to see the Individuals under the Company. You can then select one of the Individuals to add.

Dashboard tabs on Staff and Providers

These Dashboards shows statistics across your whole company:

  • Finances show revenue across different funding methods (Admin only).
  • Distribution showing pie charts of LAC, Plan Manager, SC Manager, Funding Method and Status.
  • Status Change show a count of how many new and active Participants etc.

You can now see the same dashboards as tabs on each Staff Member to see how they are going across the Participants they are managing.

They are also on a Company such as Plan Managers, LAC, LGA and Provider Companies that report on just the Participants related to them.

Only Administrators can view the Finance tabs.
If you would like the security changed on any tab in eTrack please email support.

Participant Dashboard Polishing D562A

The Task section now only shows Active tasks with Task Due Date < Today+7 days.
The Goal section only displays Active Goals.
The Plan dropdown defaults to the (first) Active one.

To show Contacts in the Emergency Contacts section, tick the checkboxes in the Contacts tab.

Edit Tables in Case Notes

To insert a table into a Case Note, click to show the edit ribbon and click .

New to this release… right click on the table and there are now editing options.

To paste a table, image or rich text into Case Notes use Ctrl+Shift+V .
Ctrl+V will normalise text to a standard font (selected in Settings/My Preferences).

NDIS Upload View to filter by an Upload# D547

Click NDIS Upload tab on Active and click the Views button.
There is now an option to ‘Select Upload #’.  Click this and you will be prompted to enter the Upload# (eg 2301) you would like to filter for.

Show Folders and Documents in Windows Explore and Mac Finder D564A

If you are using the eTrack Document Management module…

Expand Folders and Documents under a Participant.

Right click the mouse or click  and select to view the Folder or Document in Windows Explore or Macintosh Finder on your computer.

The button has also been added to the top of the Document tab.

The button will warn you with a yellow triangle (as in the image above) if the link to the selected Folder or Document is a broken link… and when clicked will give you an option to find the document or delete the link.

Other Enhancements

A field to record a Website has been added to an Individual and Staff Member D576

The ‘Companies’ and ‘Contacts’ tabs on Contact Groups such as Providers, Plan Managers and LAC run up to ten times faster.
