Security is based on Windows Server user security. Users can connect to GoGlobal server using Windows Server logins (as per terminal services security) or a single user can be setup to expose eTrack via GoGlobal Server with limited security (most typical). There are numerous security options including Active Directory authentication of users to access eTrack remotely. All communications from client to server are encrypted using strong encryption methods.
You need port 491 outbound open and allow the reverse traffic back in for the same port. (as uses ActiveX that connects via port 491)
