However eTrack is not liable at any time to you or any other person for any direct or consequential damages sustained or incurred by you or any third party resulting from the installation or use of eTrack or services offered, and disclaims all liability for not fitting a particular purpose. You may stop paying at any time providing you stop using the product or service at that time. No refunds will be given unless agreed as exceptional circumstances.
